PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – VILLAGE ZONING ORDINANCE REVISIONS PUBLIC NOTICE is given to all persons in the Village of Almond, WI, that a public hearing will be held on October 9, 2017, at 7pm at the Almond Municipal Center, 122 Main Street, Almond, WI, to solicit comments on proposed Zoning Ordinance revisions. These revisions govern the Zoning Ordinance fee structure. The proposed ordinance revisions are on file in the office of the Interim Village Clerk, 122 Main Street, Almond, WI. The proposed ordinance revisions are intended to protect life, health and property in the Village of Almond and will govern permits required for the construction of buildings and the fees for remodeling and building permits. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the Interim Village Clerk for a period of two weeks prior to this public hearing. All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments should be submitted before the public hearing date to the Interim Village Clerk.
