llage Board Minutes February 13, 2017

Village Board Meeting February 13, 2017 Members Present: B. Roehrborn, S. Bunders, R. Burns, J. Riggenbach. Visitors: Kip Gutke and Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting at 7pm. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the January minutes. Motion carried 4-0 B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve the February disbursements. Motion carried 4-0. Kip Gutke had questions from the Lions Club. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to let the Lions Club install a dusk to dawn light at their expense and upkeep on the pole where they have their power box for Tator Toot. Motion carried 4-0 J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders for the Lions to utilize the Fire Station on Saturday after 2pm for use by the Polka Band and a temporary bar if needed because of weather conditions. Motion carried 4-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to have the Business Association remove the Village Tax Id number from their account. Motion carried4-0. The Fire Department are adding two new EMT’s. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to start advertising for a Collection Site worker. Motion carried 4-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to run an 1 by 2 ad in the Resorter for two weeks not to exceed $60.00. Motion carried 4-0. A letter has been drafted to be sent to the Licensee and Manager of Long Branch. Next Meeting March-13-2017 at 7pm. S. Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to adjourn. Motion carried 4-0.
