Village Board Meeting July 11, 2016 Board Members Present: S. Bunders, K. Stucker, K. Olson, R. Burns, J. Riggenbach. Visitors: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the minutes of the June meeting. Motion carried 5-0. S. Bunders made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the July disbursements. Motion carried 5-0. Letters were sent to Robert Crane and Elizabeth Ysquierdo for property that needs work. We have talked to Nick Crane about boarding window up and fixing the fence and painting the building and fence by Tater Toot. He is working on the repairs. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to draw $72,467.55 from the Block Grant funds for payment to Earth Construction. Motion carried 5-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve $500.00 payment to Gauge Electric from our Elm St. matching funds Loan. Motion carried 5-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to order 4 signs Parking by Village of Almond Permit only on Saturday from 7am to 12pm by the Seven Day Advent Church. Motion carried 5-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to raise the pay for Cemetery mowers to $9.00 per hour. Motion carried 5-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to have Heather Burns pursue becoming a Notary Public. Motion carried 5-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to permit the Legion to use the Village Tractor to move their Stand for Tater Toot. Motion carried 5-0. K Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to grant Operator Licenses to Eric Johnson and James L. Williams. Motion carried 5-0. Next Meeting 8-8-2016. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S.
