Village Board Minutes November 9, 2015

Village Board Meeting November 9, 2015 Members Present: K. Olson, B. Roehrborn, S. Bunders. R. Burns, K. Stucker. Visitors: Joan Rohde, Bob Rohde, Heidi Iwanski. President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the minutes of the October meeting. Motion carried 4-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the November disbursements. Motion carried 4-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to allow the Legion to bury an Electrical wire for the Tater Toot stand at no cost to the Village. Motion carried 4-0. The County is looking into putting up a 270 foot tower in the area of the U S Cellular Tower. Eight junk car Ordinance violation letters were sent out on11-09-2015. Dorothy Helmrick has resigned from the Village Board. B. roehrborn made a motion and there was no second to give a 3% pay increase to Maintenance employee Dan Folan. K. Stucker made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to give a 3.3% raise to Dan Folan. Motion carried 5-0. K. Stucker made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to pay the Village Clerk $60 per meeting after the 2016 Spring Election. Motion carried 5-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to sign the Gremmer agreement for Engineering Services for the Elm St. project. Motion carried 5-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn to the Budget Hearing at 8pm. Motion carried 5-0. Robert Rohde approved the Budget. K. Stucker made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to go back to regular session. Motion carried 5-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to Adopt the 2016 Budget. Motion carried 5-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to sign the Gremmer agreement on Grant Administration for the Elm St. project. Motion carried 5-0. Richard, Brian and Ken will be Village reps for additional Grant representatives. Next Meeting December 14, 2016 at 7pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to adjourn.
