Village Board Meeting May 11, 2015  
  1. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, S. Bunders, R. Burns, K. Olson.
Visitors: Ed Schultz, Dan Folan, Jon Pagel.   President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
  1. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the minutes of the
April Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
  1. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
  2. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the disbursements for May. Motion carried 5-0.
During the meeting with Dave Glodowski we signed Lobby Certification, Relocation plan, Statement of Assurances, and two forms for non-violence. Jon Pagel wants to change some fence lines at the Lagoon, it was tabled to the June meeting. It was discussed to do a quick claim deed for anything North of the Well for a line East and West and sign an extension for another 25 years to the current lease. The building at the Cemetery needs a new roof.
  1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to replace the roof not to exceed $700.00. Motion carried 5-0.
  2. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to insulate the sewer lateral at the Legion Hall at a cost of $1300.00. Motion carried 5-0.
  3. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to wait and see outcome of the empty lots on the corner of Main and Maple St. Motion carried 5-0.
  June 4, 2015 Open Book 4 to 6pm-Board of Review 6 to 8pm. Board of Review Class June 3, 2015-1pm. Next Meeting June 8, 2015
  1. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.
