January 14, 2020

Present: J. Riggenbach, R. Burns, H. Burns, C. Smith, K Trzebiatowski, K. Olson, S Bunders, C. Schmidt

Visitors:  David Schauer

Pledge of Allegiances

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by K. Olson to accept the December minutes.  Motion

approved 5-0.

Treasurer’s Report:  H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report.  J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by

 S. Bunders to accept the Treasurer’s report.  Motion approved 5-0

Finance report was given by S. Bunders.  K. Olson made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach to accept the finance report.  Motion approved 5-0.

Public Input – None

Fire:  None

Public Works – K. Olson made a motion, seconded by S. Bunders to allow Dave to order 15 clamps for the irrigation pipes at the lagoon.  Motion passed 5-0

Properties – None

Ordinance/Personnel – Jerry Fay property has been razed.  President went over some changes to the personnel hand book to help with clarification.  The adjustments may be viewed at the clerk’s office.  K. Olson made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach for these additions/corrections effective 1/15/2020.  Motion passed 5-0

Dave presented the board with a list of possible replacement snowplow driver.

Equipment – The snow plow has been having maintance issues.  Hopefully it will last this season.

Zoning –Two remodel application.

Cemetery – None

Beautification – None

Planning Commission need one member from the community yet.  If anyone know of someone, please have them contact K. Trzebiatowski.

Next meeting of the board will be Monday February 10, 2020.

K. Olson made a motion, seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn.  Motion passed 5-0.
