Village of Almond Board Minutes, September 14, 2015

Village Board Meeting September 14, 2015       Board Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns. Visitors Present: Dan Folan and Heidi Iwanski.     President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.  

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the minutes of the August meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the Treasurers report.

Motion carried 4-0.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the September disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Burns made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to grant Operators License to Roxanne Cantu. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Burns made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to accept job description of Clerk and Treasurer. Motion carried 4-0.

Metal recycling is done and picked up and Tire Round Up will start in October.

1. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to accept Compliance Resolution #110 for the Sewer Annual report. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns that Brian Roehrborn and Ken Trzebiatowski will be attending a meeting in Madison for the Elm St. Grant Loan papers.

Motion carried 4-0.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick that the President, Clerk and Treasurer will sign all Elm Street Loan papers. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Burns made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn that Richard Burns and D. Helmrick will sign as Trustees on the Elm Street Loan papers. Motion carried 4-0.

Trick or Treating tentatively set for October 30, 2015 5 to 7pm.   Next Meeting October 12, 2015.  

1. Burns made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to adjourn. Motion carried 4-0.
