Meeting Minutes

Village Board Meeting March 9, 2015   Board Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, K. Olson, S. Bunders, R. Burns,K. Stucker. Visitors: David Glodowski from Grimmer and Associates and Dan Folan.   President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
  1. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the minutes of the February meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
  2. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
David Glodowski explained the application process for the Block Grant for Elm St.
  1. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to go ahead with the application for the Block Grant for Elm St. with Grimmer and Associates assisting. Motion carried 6-0.
  2. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the March disbursements. Motion carried 6-0.
  3. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve a Resolution to keep the Assessor jobs local.
Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the Flow Rite Pipe and Sewer Services to Clean and Televise Sewer Pipes approximately 5500 feet for the next for years. Motion carried 6-0. We discussed and worked on CMOM.   Next Meeting April 13, 2015
