Village of Almond Board Minutes, Oct 13, 2014

Village Board Meeting October 13, 2014   Members Present- D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, K. Stucker, K. Olson. Visitors-Dan Folan, Brianne Kotolski, Al Pagel   President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting at 7pm.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the September meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
2. Olson made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
3. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded b D. Helmrick to approve the October disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to lease a Payloader for snow removal for $1600.00 per month for 5 months from Pagel Construction, Inc. Motion carried 5-0.
5. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to appoint SuAnn Pagel-Rast to the election board. Motion carried 5-0.

Halloween Trick or Treating on October 31^st from 4 to 7pm and the Lion’s party is from 7 to 8pm.The Firemen are having an Open House and treats from 4:30 to 7pm. Variance Meeting October 21^st at 7pm : Elm St. Informational Meeting October 22^nd at 7pm and Budget Meeting October 23^rd at 7pm.  

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.
