Village Board Minutes Jan 13, 2014

Village Board Meeting January 13, 2014 Members: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, S Bunders, R. Burns, K Olson. Visitors: Dave Hansen, Dan Folan, Lavern Owen and Ed Schultz. President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the minutes of the December meeting. Motion carried 5-0.

K Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the January disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.

1. Roehrborn made a motion an seconded by S. Bunders to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.

Dave Hansen addressed the Board about being fined by the Sheriffs Dept. for parking on the right away and parking against traffic by his house. He understood parking against traffic but has parked off the road by his home ever since moving here. We will talk to the Sheriffs Dept and see what has to be done. Snowplowing was discussed and we will ask the School to not roll the snow into the Street from the Sidewalk.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to plow @ 2inches of accumulative snow and at the plow operator’s discretion. Motion carried 5-0.

The balance of the Street signs will be ordered. K Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to upgrade The Computer System-as of April Mozy Pro will not be able to back up our System. Motion carried 5-0. Next meeting February 10, 2014 at 7pm.

40. Helmrick made a motion an seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn at 8:40. Motion carried 5-0.
